Welcome to WentNorth Bed & Corral. We are located an hour northwest of the Brainerd Lakes area or 15 miles southeast of Park Rapids, Minnesota. Our cabin is an adult facility located next to Huntersville State Forest, which has over 16,000 acres of land and hundreds of miles of trails. The area consists of sandy soils that offer excellent footing for horses in all types of weather. The Shell and Crow Wing Rivers flow through the state forest adding to its beauty. The cabin has a fully furnished kitchen and a charcoal BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. If you choose to dine out there are several restaurants within 15 miles driving distance. The cabin can accommodate 6 people. There is one bathroom and a separate area with a shower. Bedding and towels are provided. WentNorth has 5 individual paddocks with shelter and one larger fenced area with a shelter. We ask that you leave the horse areas in the condition that you found them: wheel-barrow and pitch forks provided. You will need to bring your own hay and grain. You can relax after a ride in the comfortable living area complete with fireplace, television with DVD, and stereo. Play some pool or foosball in the game room. Let off some steam in the sauna or just relax around a bonfire
Rates:
Our rates are $75.00 minimum/night for 2 people or $35.00/night/person and horse. Tax not included.
We offer trail guide service to get you acquainted and comfortable with the area at an hourly rate of $20.00.
